Cooking Instructions:

Handle with Love <3

Our patties are high in fibre and oh-so-tender. Please open gently and hold with delicate hands.

Pan Fry (Our Favorite way)

  • Warm your pan and add just a whisper of oil. Gently lay the patty on the pan and let it sizzle to perfection! 
  • Cook on low-medium flame, flipping it slowly until golden from both sides. 
  • When the edges crisp and aroma calls your name, it’s ready!

Oven

  • Give your tray a subtle swipe of oil.
  • Place the patty/ patties & brush more oil on top.
  • Preheat & Bake at 200 C flipping with care.
  • About 5-7 minutes each side.

DO NOT:

  • Deep fry (Will loose it’s consistency)
  • Air fry (Too dry & too deep to flip)
