Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, refunds or replacements may be provided under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Product: If the product is received in a damaged condition
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive a wrong item in your order
  • Spoiled on Arrival: If the product is not in proper condition at the time of delivery

To process your request:

  • Customers must provide photo or video proof of the issue
  • Proof must be submitted within a few hours of delivery

Requests that do not meet the above criteria or are reported after the specified time window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
